- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped almonds, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 tsp. low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
