- 2 cups canned chick-peas, drained, liquid reserved
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (2 lemons)
- 1 tablespoon water or 1 tablespoon liquid from the chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon truffle oil
- 1 garlic clove
Directions

1Turn on the food processor (or the blender if you don't have a food processor). Drop the garlic down the feed tube.

2Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and process until the hummus is coarsely pureed.

3Taste, for seasoning, you might need to add some truffle oil depending of your taste.

4Serve chilled or at room temperature.
