- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1In double boiler, beat eggs and milk.

2Add sugar and salt. Stir and cook constantly over hot water until thick enough to coat a metal spoon.

3Let cool, then add cream and vanilla.
