- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. butter used for sauteing
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. crushed crackers
- 1/2 c. oleo
Directions

1Saute for 3 minutes in 3 tablespoons butter, onion, celery and green peppers.

2Mix with other ingredients.

3Put in casserole dish and cover with crushed crackers that have been mixed with the 1/2 cup oleo.

4Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
