  • 2 apples, finely chopped
  • 2 peeled cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 to 2 celery leaves, chopped
  • 2 to 3 green tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 small head cabbage, thinly sliced and chopped
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • small amount salt
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix well and stir in tight container.

    Keep refrigerated.

    Let stand about 1 week before serving.

    Mix sugar to taste if you like it sweet; or more vinegar if you like it sour.
