- 2 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg white corn, drained
- 1 (2 oz.) can pimento, drained
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix beans, peas, white corn, pimento, green pepper, chopped onion and celery.

2Combine sugar, oil, vinegar and salt in a saucepan.

3Bring to boil.

4Pour over vegetables; cover and refrigerate.

5Will keep a week.
