- 4 large onions, chopped
- 1 gal. mixed vegetables
- 2 gal. tomatoes
- 10 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- hot sauce (optional)
- cooked rice, spaghetti or macaroni (optional)
- pinch of soda
- pinch of sugar
- other vegetables (if desired)
