- 2 lb. whitefish fillets
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. regular all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- dash of seasoned pepper
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. blanched, slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- lemon wedges
Directions

1Cut fillets into serving size pieces.

2Sprinkle all sides with lemon juice.

3Combine flour, salt and pepper.

4Use to coat fish.

5In large skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, fry fish pieces until brown, about 10 minutes, turning once.

6Place fish on warm platter; keep warm.
