  • Main Bread:
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 1/4 cup millet
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 cups whole grains
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 3 cups whole grain flour
  • 2-3 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
