  • 1 qt. wild grapes
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Cook grapes on low until soft, about 1/2 hour, then put through sieve.

    Take grape puree and cook with rest of ingredients.

    Bottle and seal.

    Store in a cool, dry place.
