Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. won ton skins
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can shrimp, drained
  • green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine ground beef, shrimp, onion and water chestnuts.

    Place small amount on won ton skins.

    Fry in oil, then steam with water and soy sauce.

    Sprinkle with parsley.
