Yogurt Chicken Breasts(Serves 8)

- 8 chicken breast halves, skinned
- 1 c. bread crumbs (fine)
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- 1 (8 oz.) carton yogurt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except chicken and yogurt, in a shallow dish and mix well.

2Brush chicken pieces with yogurt and roll chicken in crumb mixture.

3Place in a greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.

4Drizzle with some melted margarine and sprinkle on some sesame seed.

5Bake 1 hour at 350° or until browned and done. Serve with Creamy Yogurt Sauce.
