  • 8 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • paprika
  • 1 c. French onion dip
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Using an electric mixer, beat together mashed potatoes, dip, sour cream and cream cheese; season to taste and place in buttered baking dish.

    Sprinkle with paprika for color and bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes, until heated through.

    Cheese may be grated on the top and melted also.
