  • 1 medium can pineapple
  • 2 small pkg. apricot jello
  • 2 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. ice water
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix pineapple and sugar, bring to a full boil.

    Take off, add jello and cream cheese.

    Stir in first mixture until cream cheese had dissolved.

    Add ice water, celery and nuts.

    Put in box, let thicken slightly and then add Cool Whip.
