Banana Split Freeze

Ingredients

  • 1 baked and cooled graham cracker crust (9 x 13-inch pan)
  • 2 to 3 bananas
  • 1/2 gal. Neapolitan ice cream, sliced
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pkg. prepared Dream Whip
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (optional)
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. drained strawberries

Directions

    Slice bananas and place on crust.

    Layer ice cream on top. Sprinkle with nuts and freeze. Combine chips, oleo, powdered sugar and milk.

    Cook and stir until thick. Add vanilla and cool.

    Pour cooled sauce on ice cream and freeze.

    Top with Dream Whip.

    (Can fold in pineapple or strawberries.)

    Freeze. Serves 15 to 18. Will keep 1 month in freezer.
