  • 3 cans black beans, slightly drained and mashed
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 small jar salsa
  • 1 tsp. powdered onion
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. hot pepper cheese or Monterey Jack with jalapeno, shredded

Directions

    Place beans in shallow baking dish.

    Stir in onion, onion powder, salsa and Tabasco.

    Cover with shredded cheeses.

    Bake at 350° until bubbles, about 30 minutes.
