- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. chocolate cake mix without pudding
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
- 3 eggs
- 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 container chocolate Cool Whip
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Blend first 5 ingredients on low speed of electric mixer for 1 minute, then beat on medium-high speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently.

2Pour into a greased and floured 14 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° until done.

4Cool completely.

5Leave cake in pan.
