Ingredients
- 1 pkg. croutons, any flavor
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 2 lb. sausage (I use 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sage sausage and 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean hot sausage)
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Cook sausage in frypan. Drain on paper towel.

3Be sure it is all broken and mixed up while frying. Potato masher works well.

4Layer croutons in bottom of greased pan.

5Then cheese, then mushrooms and then the sausage.

6In a blender mix milk, eggs, mushroom soup and dry mustard, pour over other ingredients.

7Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.

8If made the night before, allow 2 hours.
