  • 1 bag (medium) shredded cabbage (green, purple and carrots), chopped fine
  • 1 pkg. Ramen noodle beef soup
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 c. almonds
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper

    On a large cookie sheet sprayed with Pam, crumble the noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds. Stir and toast at 300° about 12 minutes. Cool slightly. In large mixing bowl, combine cabbage and chopped onions.
