Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet or steak
- 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 dash black pepper
- 1 dash thyme
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 small lemon-freshly squeezed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees .

2Rinse and pat dry salmon fillet/steak.

3In small bowl, mix melted butter and lemon juice.

4In another small bowl, mix all spices until well combined.

5Dip salmon in the butter & lemon then sprinkle with spices on top of salmon and pat in.

6Spray a medium, oven proof pan with nonstick cooking spray.

7Sear salmon over medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes each side.

8Transfer pan from stove top to oven and cook another 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

9Garnish with lemons and favorite sides.
