Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet or steak
  • 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash thyme
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 small lemon-freshly squeezed

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees .

    Rinse and pat dry salmon fillet/steak.

    In small bowl, mix melted butter and lemon juice.

    In another small bowl, mix all spices until well combined.

    Dip salmon in the butter & lemon then sprinkle with spices on top of salmon and pat in.

    Spray a medium, oven proof pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    Sear salmon over medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes each side.

    Transfer pan from stove top to oven and cook another 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

    Garnish with lemons and favorite sides.
