- 1 pkg. Pilsbury Plus devils food cake mix
- 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 egg

1Filling: 8 ounce.

3softened cream cheese 1 egg 1/2 c. minced nuts Powdered sugar

4Heat oven to 350 degrees.

5Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan.

6In large bowl, combine all base ingredients at low speed till crumbly; press in prepared pan.

7In small bowl, combine frosting, cream cheese and egg at low speed till well blended; beat at highest speed till smooth.

8Stir in nuts; spread over base.

9Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min.

10Cold completely.

11Sprinkle on powdered sugar.

12Cut into bars.
