  • 1 pkg. Pilsbury Plus devils food cake mix
  • 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 egg

    softened cream cheese 1 egg 1/2 c. minced nuts Powdered sugar

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan.

    In large bowl, combine all base ingredients at low speed till crumbly; press in prepared pan.

    In small bowl, combine frosting, cream cheese and egg at low speed till well blended; beat at highest speed till smooth.

    Stir in nuts; spread over base.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min.

    Cold completely.

    Sprinkle on powdered sugar.
