  • 8 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1/2 bunch celery, diced (optional)
  • parsley to taste
  • tarragon to taste
  • Nature's Seasons to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (chopped if desired), drained
  • 2 cans minced clams plus juice
  • 1 pt. half and half

    Barely cover potatoes, onion and celery with water in large pot.

    Add parsley, tarragon, Nature's Seasons and salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 20 minutes.
