  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon. Mix on medium with mixer until well blended.

    Stir in carrots and walnuts.

    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
