- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. egg custard mix
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water in a large bowl.

2Add butter, salt and dry custard mix.

3Stir until dissolved.

4Add flour gradually. Mix well.

5Knead on lightly floured surface 12 to 15 times.

6Place in refrigerator overnight.

7Next day, make into desirable shapes. Let rise double in bulk.

8Bake at 375° until done, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

9Makes good cinnamon or sweet rolls!
