  • 1 Fish , meat , chicken ,goat or lamb 5lbs I used fish .
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 3 medium Onions slice thinly
  • 3 tsp Garlic past
  • 2 tsp Ginger past
  • 3 medium Tomatos diced
  • 1/4 cup yougart
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 8 green cardamom pods
  • 4 black cardamom pods
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 stick cinnamon
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 10 Dried plums
  • 4 Green fresh cliantro
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 9 cup Basmati Rice
  • 15 cup water
  • 4 whole green chilie

Directions

    Soak rice for half an hours .

    Cook rice in ricecooker or Gas cooker until almost done.

    Fry onions in oil until golden brown.

    Add ginger and garlic

    Add chili powdrer , cloves , cardamom , cumin , curry powder , garam masala , coriander , cinnamon stick , bay leaves , dried plums and salt

    Add yougart

    Add diced tomatoes and green chilies cook until dry

    Add fish cook until fish is done and after takeout the fish and keep a side .

    Later u can fry the fish .

    Add cilantro and mix saffron with hot water keep a side.

    Layer cooked rice and fish mixture and sprinkle with saffron mixture ,

    If u layered in a pyrex tray Put in oven at 350 & deg; F for 20 minutes , If in gas cook for low heat.
