  • 8 oz. cooked, skinned and boned flounder or any whitefish, chilled and flaked
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. diced onions
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. pickled relish
  • 2 tsp. mayonnaise
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • lettuce leaves

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, in bowl.
