1Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs in bowl. Heat 1-inch of oil in skillet over medium heat. Pour batter in funnel. Hold your finger over end of funnel. Drizzle spiral shapes into oil. Cook until brown on both sides. Drain on a paper towel. Coat with confectioners sugar.
