- 200 g Sliced Pork
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Mirin or Sake
- 2 tsp grated ginger root
Directions

1Slice up the onion.

2Grate the ginger root.

3In a skillet, cook pork in oil over medium-high heat, add onion and stir-fry until it's cooked.

4Add soy sauce, sugar, mirin and grated ginger.

5Coat well with the sauce.
