- 6 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. peanuts or seed
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. powdered milk
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. prunes or dry fruit
- 2/3 c. honey
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Toast oatmeal for 10 minutes in a 350° oven.

2Combine with peanuts, coconut, powdered milk, wheat germ, raisins and prunes. Add honey, oil, vanilla, egg and milk.

3Mix well.

4Press firmly on well-greased 10 x 15-inch pan.

5Bake until brown, about 23 minutes at 350°.

6Cut immediately and refrigerate overnight.

7Bake again at 345° for 40 minutes.
