- 3/4 c. margarine, softened
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 c. apple butter
Directions

1Cream margarine and brown sugar in bowl until light and fluffy.

2Stir in flour and oats.

3Press half the dough firmly into bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking pan.

4Spread apple butter over top. Sprinkle with remaining dough; press lightly.

5Bake at 300° for 40 minutes. Cut into bars.

6Store in airtight container.
