  • 1 bag frozen cubed potatoes (Western-style with onion and red peppers)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 sticks butter, melted (melt separately)
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, salt and 1 stick melted butter. Pour into a long casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 400°. Top with crushed cornflakes and other melted butter. Put back in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
