- 3 c. beef broth (I make broth with bouillon cubes)
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 4 bay leaves
- pepper
Directions

1Bake roast at 325°, about 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, until medium well done.

2Cool.

3Slice very thin.

4In large pan simmer remaining ingredients.

5Add beef slices and simmer 1 hour or until done. Serve on hard rolls.

6Spoon juice over meat on rolls.
