- 7.5 oz. can loquats, drained
- 1 Tbsp. Mandarin Napoleon liqueur or Grand Marnier
- 1/2 Tbsp. blanched almonds, chopped
- 1/3 c. plum wine
Directions

1Drain the loquats and reserve syrup.

2Add wine to the loquats, marinate for 15 minutes.

3Pour loquat syrup into a saucepan, heat to boiling point and boil to reduce to half the volume.

4Combine the marinated fruit with the syrup, add the liqueur, stirring well.

5Add almonds.

6This can be served as a dessert or side dish with curry, fish, pork or poultry.
