- 8 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cups Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 cups Roasted Soynuts
- 1/2 cups Flax Seeds
- 2/3 cups Canola Oil
- 1/3 cups Honey
- 1/3 cups Real Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut
- 1-1/2 ounce, weight Freeze-dried Strawberries
- 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

2In a very large bowl, combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the coconut, strawberries, and cranberries. Spread the mixture onto baking sheets that have been sprayed with oil.

3Bake for 30 minutes. Remove baking sheets from oven and stir the granola. Mix in the shredded coconut and bake for another 30 minutes.

4Remove from oven and stir again. Allow granola to cool completely. Stir in the strawberries and cranberries.

5Serve with milk or yogurt.
