  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces pisco
  • 1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 2 ounces chilled Champagne
  • 1 grapefruit twist

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add all of the remaining ingredients except the Champagne and the twist and shake well.

    Strain into a flute and top with the Champagne.

    Pinch the twist over the drink, rub it around the rim and discard.
