  • 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. onions
  • 3/4 c. green peppers
  • 3/4 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • buttered croutons
  • 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Saute vegetables for 5 minutes.

    Drain and cool.

    Add mayonnaise.

    Butter a casserole dish.

    Layer buttered croutons and mushroom mixture.

    Cover with soup.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Top with grated cheese the last 15 minutes of baking.
