- 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 3/4 c. onions
- 3/4 c. green peppers
- 3/4 c. celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- buttered croutons
- 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
- grated cheese
Directions

1Saute vegetables for 5 minutes.

2Drain and cool.

3Add mayonnaise.

4Butter a casserole dish.

5Layer buttered croutons and mushroom mixture.

6Cover with soup.

7Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Top with grated cheese the last 15 minutes of baking.
