  • 1 carton natto
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 rounded tsp. flour
  • 1 heaping tsp. finely chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic (optional)
  • soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. safflower or olive oil

Directions

    Lightly beat an egg in a medium sized bowl; sprinkle in the flour.

    Mix with chopsticks or fork, then add the natto, stirring to separate the beans as much as possible.

    Stir in the onion and garlic (if using).
