  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Combine oats in boiling water. Let set 10 minutes. Add Wesson oil, eggs and sugars. Sift dry ingredients. Mix with other ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
