Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flake
- 2 cup vegetable broth
- 24 oz tomato sauce
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 pints grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 Parmesan, shaved
- 1 Salt & pepper
Directions

1Drizzle meat with olive oil and brown in a stock pot over medium heat for 7-9 minutes.

2Add onions, garlic, oregano, red pepper flake, and salt & pepper.

3Continue to heat for 2-3 minutes.

4Pour vegetable broth and tomato sauce into pot.

5Bring to a boil.

6Add spaghetti, tomatoes, and basil.

7Cover with lid and simmer for 17 minutes, until noodles are cooked al dente.

8Top with parmesan.
