- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 8 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Soften yeast in water, add oil, sugar, eggs and 4 cups flour and salt.

2Mix well until smooth.

3Add rest of flour.

4Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

5Bake at 350° until browned. Makes about 36 rolls.

6Not necessary to knead this dough.
