  • 2 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1 Tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tsp. country-style Dijon mustard

    Roll pork in pepper to coat.

    Place in flameproof roasting pan.

    Roast in preheated 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until cooked through and internal temperature registers 160° on instant red thermometer.
