  • 2 pt. vanilla wafers, crushed fine
  • 6 c. powdered sugar
  • 9 eggs
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 9 c. crushed pineapple (seven No. 2 cans)
  • 1 pt. whipping cream

    Divide 1 pint crushed wafers among 3 (13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch) jelly roll pans.

    Spread evenly on pans.

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
