- 1 pkg. lemon or lime low calorie gelatin dessert
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/2 (12 oz.) can citrus or lemon-lime sugar-free carbonated beverage
- 4 oz. lite whipped topping
Directions

1Add boiling water to gelatin.

2Stir until dissolved.

3Add juice from pineapple and beverage.

4Chill until medium-stiff. Whip with mixer until foamy.

5Gradually whip into whipped topping. Fold in pineapple.

6Pour into mold and chill until set.
