  • 1 pkg. lemon or lime low calorie gelatin dessert
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/2 (12 oz.) can citrus or lemon-lime sugar-free carbonated beverage
  • 4 oz. lite whipped topping

Directions

    Add boiling water to gelatin.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Add juice from pineapple and beverage.

    Chill until medium-stiff. Whip with mixer until foamy.

    Gradually whip into whipped topping. Fold in pineapple.

    Pour into mold and chill until set.
