- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. cold mashed potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Directions

1Add milk to potatoes and mix well.

2Sift flour, salt and baking powder.

3Mix with potatoes and milk, then add beaten eggs. If potatoes are very dry, add a little more milk.

4Add melted shortening last.

5Bake in greased muffin tins in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
