- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes with peels
- 1 c. onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes (optional)
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Combine the potatoes, onions, flour, salt, pepper and parsley flakes in bowl.

2Put in greased, shallow baking dish.

3Scald milk. Pour over potatoes.

4Cover with foil.

5Bake at 350° for about 60 minutes.
