  • 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes with peels
  • 1 c. onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes (optional)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Combine the potatoes, onions, flour, salt, pepper and parsley flakes in bowl.

    Put in greased, shallow baking dish.

    Scald milk. Pour over potatoes.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake at 350° for about 60 minutes.
