  • 40 to 50 split graham crackers
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Arrange crackers side by side as close as you can on cookie sheet covered with foil.

    Cookie sheet must have sides.

    Put butter and sugar in pan and cook 1 1/2 minutes.

    When it comes to a boil, take off heat and add nuts and vanilla, then spread evenly over crackers. Bake 10 minutes at 350°.

    When cool, break apart. Can be frozen.

    Will not get soggy.
