- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 c. halved radishes
- 3 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 sliced radish (optional)
Directions

1Spoon plain low-fat yogurt onto several layers of heavy-duty paper towels.

2Spread to 1/2-inch thickness.

3Cover with additional paper towels and let stand 5 minutes.

4Scrape into a small bowl, using a rubber spatula and set aside.

5Position knife blade in food processor bowl.

6Add radishes and pulse 5 times or until coarsely chopped. Add mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients and pulse 5 times or until combined. Add to yogurt. Stir well.

7Cover and chill.

8Garnish with sliced radish, if desired.

9Serve with assorted vegetables, such as steamed asparagus, steamed green beans, carrot strips, sliced yellow squash and sliced radishes. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
