- 1 medium head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

4Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until outside is lightly browned and garlic cloves are soft.

5When cool enough to touch, squeeze each clove to extract softened garlic.

8Place in a single layer in a small baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

9Bake for 15 minutes, until garlic is soft.
