  • 3 Tbsp. quick or curing salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions

    Mix well and store in refrigerator 3 days.

    Mix each day.

    On third day, roll into 4 rolls.

    Bake at 175° to 200° for 8 hours. Bake on top of broiler pan.
