Ingredients

  • 12 cup tamarind pulp
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mint leaf
  • 12 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon rock salt
  • 2 tablespoons bundi
  • 2 tablespoons crushed ice
  • salt

    Soak tamarind in warm water for 1 hour.

    Add sugar.

    Cook for 5 minutes.

    Cool.

    Grind in a mixer.

    Strain.

    Add mint leaves, corriander leaves, green chillies, cumin powder, rock salt and salt.

    Remove.

    Store refrigerated.
